Director Karan Malhotra has directed some interesting films such as Agneepath (2012) and Brothers (2015). We have learnt from our sources that Karan has signed a three-film deal with YRF.

Also, his first film with YRF will have Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role. Well, if this happens, Ranbir will be collaborating with YRF after a long time.
Ranbir's last film with YRF was Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year (2009).
Karan has directed Agneepath (2012) with Dharma Productions that starred Hrithik Roshan and Priyanka Chopra in lead roles. The film impressed the audience and was a hit. So we cannot wait to see him working with Ranbir.
We contacted both YRF and Karan Malhotra asking for the confirmation, but they are yet to respond.
Currently, Ranbir Kapoor is prepping for Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra. The film also stars Alia Bhatt and Amitabh Bachchan in lead roles.
Ranbir and Alia have been taking up dance lessons for the same and are often snapped post their workout sessions.
Ranbir has been taking sword-fighting, horse-fighting and dancing lessons for the film. The fantasy film is set to be a trilogy and the first part will be hitting the screens in 2019.
When a leading daily asked Ranbir about Brahmastra, the actor said, "Well, it’s not really a superhero film because the word ‘superhero’ comes with a preconceived notion about it. The film is, as Ayan puts it, ‘a magical romantic fairy tale set in contemporary times.’ It’s got a great cast too with Alia Bhatt and Amitji (Amitabh Bachchan) in the film. Other superb actors are also being cast in it. It’s a film that has been written in a trilogy format so there will be three parts, which Ayan will make over a period of eight years. It’s also very exciting, and risky at the same time because it’s something that has never been tried before."
Are you excited to see Karan Malhotra collaborating with Ranbir Kapoor?

RK is a bad looking actor..I dont want to see him in movies

ranbir make sure you like the scripts and good luck

I am so excited for this movie. Good luck Ranbir.

LOL to haters who are trying to pull down Ranbir. He has Dutt, then Brahmastra with Ayaan and now if this also adds up, he has solid lineup with franchise movie option.

Sending loads of Good Wishes your fan from Germany:)

Adi Chopra is a pakka businessman. Ranbir had severed ties with YRF pretty unceremoniously during Band Baaja. And now he has a 3 film deal. All's forgiven if there's $$$$ involved, huh?

Also, interesting that Dharma's okay with Karan working for YRF. 3 films is like the next 5-6 years?

when you are a star kid and you have a three-film-flop you will get a three-film-deal it seems.

Rk love u rocks n these dp n rs fans r loosers

Ranbir will get older than ur ranveer n dp also going to get older

Wow amazibg

This player is worthless

Ranbir is busy breaking girl friends hearts, where does he have the time to make his movies a hit?

The problem is he can't connect with audience.

What a way to throw your money

RK has nt confirmd it

there goes your money YRF

Ranbir kapoor should be cast for all the three movies

Want to see Karan with Hrithik. He n Salman look best in Action films.

Ranbir Kapoor will grow old doing these two three movie deals only. Such a poor choice. He sealed he is over signing these three movie deals.

Rocket Singh and Agneepath were good :)
